• Account information: Username and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.
• Usage data: Prompts, settings, and generation history associated with your account.
• Uploaded content: Images and videos you upload for use with the Service.
• Token balance: Credits purchased and consumed, linked to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AI video and image generation service.
• To process your generation requests via third-party AI models (see Section 4).
• To maintain your account, generation history, and asset library.
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

3. Data Storage

Your generated media and uploaded assets are stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Account data is stored on our secure server. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party AI Services

AI Cineworks is powered by Seedance 2.0 and other AI models operated by ByteDance. When you submit a generation request, your prompt and any reference images are transmitted to ByteDance's API. Please review ByteDance's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the Service (cloud storage, AI model APIs), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure HTTPS connections. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
